On 4 July Artsakh Republic President Bako Sahakyan received the Foreign Minister of the Republic of Armenia Zohrab Mnatsakanyan.
The meeting addressed a range of issues related to the foreign policy and cooperation between the two states in the sphere.
Referring to the Nagorno Karabakh issue, the parties emphasized the importance of establishing an atmosphere conducive to peace, as well as the need to implement measures to reinforce the ceasefire regime and reduce risks,.
Zohrab Mnatsakanyan and Bako Sahakyan underlined the importance of Artsakh’s involvement in the negotiation process from the perspective of ensuring the effectiveness of the process.
